I have been teaching science for about two decades and I want to help other science teachers.  I know life can get busy and teaching can be time consuming.  I have spent the last several years trying to figure out how not to let teaching consume my life.  It was not an easy thing to do.  So, I want to share with other science teachers who are new to teaching, teaching science for the first time, teaching a new science subject for the first time or have been teaching science for a while.
